Cabin and house reservation cancellations:
- 10 days or more before arrival: 100% refund less $15 processing
- 9 to 5 days: 50% refund less $15 processing
- 4 days or less: no refund
To cancel a reservation, email tek81949@gmail.com with subject CANCEL. Do not reply to the confirmation email — Tom will not get that.
To upgrade to a higher-rate cabin or house on the same dates, use Manage reservation. You pay the rate difference plus a $15 change fee. Dates cannot be changed on an upgrade. A date change follows this cancellation policy (you may get no credit) plus the $15 change fee — email Tom or call the park. Downgrades are not available online.
