Cancel 10 days or more before arrival date you will get a 100% refund less the credit card fees and $15.00 Cancellation Fee

9 days to 5 days before you will get a 50% refund less the credit card fees and $15.00 Cancellation Fee

4 days or less you will not receive a refund.
