ADULT WAIVER - OVER 18
Anyone over the age of 18 will need to complete the Adult Waiver. When you click on the Adult Waiver link, you will be taken to the online waiver system where you will need to initial next to each paragraph
It is your responsibility to read the waiver in its entirety and understand what each section means. If you are not sure we would suggest you bring it to your lawyer for further legal advise as we cannot provide or offer legal advice.

Minor Waiver MUST be completed by the LEGAL PARENT or GUARDIAN of the MINOR coming to visit us.
The ADULT must complete all sections of this form and provide the MINOR information when requested to do so within the form. If you are NOT the legal parent or guardian YOU CANNOT FILL OUT THIS FORM for the MINOR with NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Parent / Guardian MUST also complete the Adult Waiver as well. Regardless if they are coming to visit us or not.
If you are NOT the legal parent or guardian to this minor child THE PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN must also complete the MINOR AUTHORIZATION FORM in addition to the MINOR WAIVER and ADULT WAIVER.

Your sister needs to complete the ADULT WAIVER for herself, the MINOR WAIVER for her child you are bringing and the MINOR AUTHORIZATION form stating you can bring her child
I cannot get my sister to do all the waivers?
Then your sisters minor child is not welcome to Tall Pines ATV Park as there are NO exceptions to any of these rules.
I am coming with my brother who is over the age of 18 and so am I?
Great, you both complete the Adult Waiver and thats it
Do I have to sign a waiver each time I come here?
No, the online waivers are good for 7 years from the date you initially signed
Do you rent ATV’s / UTV’s?
No we do not – We added this here because we get this question a lot even though it is stated multiple places on the website… 🙂

Includes 2 Adult & up to 6 of YOUR children who are under the age of 21 and actually live in your household
LEAVING A TRAILER OR CAMPER
All new Season Passes and Renewals who wish to leave a camper and/or trailers on the property must pay the $700.00 Cash or $728.00 Credit Card fee in addition to their season pass fee.
ALL CAMPERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT LICENSE AND HAVE THEIR WHEELS ON, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
Fees must paid in full at time of New or Renewal application submissions.
Partial payments are not allowed.
Any additional structures placed on property other than a camper/trailer must be approved before placement, must be mobile, and will be assessed and subject to an additional fee based on type and size.
All new and renewal applications are subject to approval by Tall Pines ATV Park management Kate or Joe.
FREE RIDE PASSES are no longer issued with Renewals
