Kaple House

On 4272 Pingrey Hill Road, The Kaple House will accommodate up to a maximum of 10 adults/teenagers, small children who can sleep with their parents or siblings can be accommodated in addition to the 10 adults.  Fully equipped kitchen, pots and pans, silverware and dishes, Keurig dual function coffee maker, crock pot, dining room, living room with fireplace, deck, covered front porch, large outside fire pit, large gas grill, free wi-fi, 55” smart TV with Roku, so bring your user name and password for streaming services.  The easiest way to explain what is in the house is for you to think about your own house.  If you removed all your food and clothing, then your house would be equipped just like the Kaple House.  It has everything you need except clothing and food. Five bedrooms, complete with linens, four with queen size beds, one with a set of twin bunk beds, 2 large showers, laundry room with washer and dryer. Lots of room to park trailers, direct access to the trails.

Reservations will fill up fast, so don’t wait too long.

Seneca (Secluded) (Non-Electric, wired for Generator)

Description

The Seneca cabin offers the best scenic view in the entire park. If you want a serene and peaceful stay, this cabin is for you. There is no one else around. There is plenty of parking available, and room to set up tents outside the cabin. Bring a dinner and enjoy the sunset eating at the picnic table and cooking in the fire ring.  Propane is furnished for heat.

The Seneca is wired for electric with a hook up for 220 generators.

The hookup is NEMA L14-30, 4 wire. The photo shows the female end which is what your generator needs to have or you can make an adapter to fit this configuration. The cable coming from the cabin has a male end which will plug directly into the female end in the photo.

The required connection for generator use is shown in the photos. The Seneca Cabin sleeps up to 8 adults, There are four sets of bunk beds with Twin mattresses on top and bottom, we do not provide linens. Please remember to bring your own linens or sleeping bags. It also has solar lighting with its own Portajohn.
