The House-on the Hill is located at 3978 Pingrey Hill Road in Andover, NY. The house can accommodate up to a max of 10 adults which makes it a perfect choice for large groups. The house has 5 bedrooms, #1 has 2 Queen beds, #2 has 2 Queen beds, #3 has 1 Queen bed, #4 has 1 King and 1 Queen, #5 has a futon. It has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, crock pot, toaster, microwave) dining room, game room with bar and pool table, two and a half baths (with large showers), linens, towels, washer and dryer, large gas grill, 36″ Blackstone Griddle, with propane provided, Combo function Keurig Coffee maker (takes K Cups or ground coffee), free Wi-Fi, smart TV with ROKU (bring your user name and passwords for other streaming services) and enough space outside to park all your machines. Rental opportunities will fill up fast so don’t wait. There is direct trail access from the House on the Hill. However, if this is your first time here, we recommend you start on the start trail located by the office. The House is fully furnished. The easiest way for me to explain it, is to think of your own house. If you removed all of your clothing and your food, then your house would be equipped just like the House on the Hill. It has everything you need except your clothing and your food.

Important info:
Riding fees are not included, you must register before riding on any of the trails.
You are required to take all of your garbage to the dumpster located near the reservation barn.
There is a $200.00 fee charged for any large messes left upon checking out of the house! Please leave it as clean as it was when you checked in!
